Where we deliver to?

UK - This includes England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, together with the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland. For the Express delivery service, the following areas may take between 3-5 working days to arrive and longer on the Standard delivery Service - (Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Shetlands).

Southern Ireland

Europe - Excluding (Andorra, Canary Islands, Greenland, Gibraltar, Iceland, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland and Vatican City State).

What are the postage costs and estimated delivery timescales?

UK Deliveries

Standard Delivery - (3-5 working days) - £2.50

Express Delivery - (1-2 working days) - £4.50

Republic of Ireland Deliveries

Standard Delivery - (3-5 working days) - £4.99

European Deliveries

Standard Delivery - (5-10 working days) - £6.99

We have set out estimated delivery times above as a guideline only. Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will receive the goods within such estimated delivery times.

Please note that UK and Republic of Ireland deliveries can be made any time between 7:00am and 9:00pm. Please ensure there is access to the delivery address at all times during this period.

Combined Postage

We offer combined postage on your order.

You may order up to 6 items and combine for the same delivery cost.

Simply add all your items, (up to 6), into your eBay basket, and then go through to make a simple payment. Please note: Items are not reserved in your eBay basket, and payment must be made to secure them. If you 'Buy It Now' on individual items, you will be charged postage for each order, so by using the eBay basket we are able to combine orders.

PLEASE NOTE: THE BASKET FEATURE IS NOT AVAILABLE WHEN SHOPPING ON YOUR MOBILE DEVICE. YOU WILL NEED TO USE A LAPTOP/DESKTOP DEVICE IN ORDER TO COMBINE ORDERS. Unfortunately we cannot amend orders to combine postage once payment has been taken separately for orders due to this current limitation.

Our carriers

We use either Royal Mail or one of our other delivery partners. If there is no-one available to take delivery they may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card will be left to advise of this, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange a collection or schedule a new delivery date.

Please note that a signature may not always be required.

Payment

We accept payment through PayPal only, the quickest and safest payment method.

We do not accept any other payment methods, e.g. Cheques, Postal orders.

To allow for the purchase of multiple items from the Boohoo eBay Outlet, and to benefit from the flat rate postage charges, we allow 5 days for you to pay through the PayPal checkout for your item(s).

Returns Policy

1. How do I return an item?

UK customers - If your item(s) are unsuitable don't worry, we offer a FREE 14 day returns policy.

1. Repack the item in its original packaging.
2. Over-sticker your address label with the address label found on the bottom right of your delivery note.
3. Add a note inside with the reasons for return. E.g. you could write the product name, and next to it, Unsuitable, small fit etc.
4. Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office.
5. Keep your Certificate of Postage safe, as you will need this as your proof of return.

In the event that we do not receive the returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.

Please note: If the item(s) are unsuitable, you will be refunded for the cost of the item, not the initial cost of postage for the goods to reach you. We will refund in full only if the item(s) are deemed incorrect or faulty. If this is the case, the items will be inspected upon arrival at the warehouse, and a full refund given if the item is deemed not as described or faulty.

Products should be returned to us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, together with all accessories and packaging that were supplied with the Product(s).

Republic of Ireland - If you would like to make a return, we have set up a return process with An Post that allows you to return unwanted items free of charge by using the postage-paid label provided with your order.

Europe - Unfortunately we are unable to offer a free returns service to our overseas customers. For returns made outside the UK or Republic of Ireland, these must be returned at your own cost.

Please note that unless products are faulty, we will be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the products from you. In such an occurrence we may set such costs against the amount re-credited to you in the refund.

2. Returns policy on lingerie

Please make sure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where we reasonably consider that this has not been done.

3. Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. You will have to return the item(s), and then make a new order through the Boohoo eBay outlet.
