We have trade prices upto 80% off our eBay prices when buying in bulk. If you require any item in bulk then get in touch for a quote, our trade prices are very competitive! Some examples are shown below:

All our eBay prices include VAT. Vat invoices are available on request.
PayPal is the only method of payment we accept for eBay purchases. Cheques & Postal Orders are no longer accepted for purchases less than £30 due to banking costs.

We kindly request that all customers contact us and allow 48 hours before leaving negative feedback if they have any problems with the product or service. This gives us a chance to put things right should there be any problems.
Your order will be despatched within 24 hours of payment*.

Most products can be sent worldwide, however due to weight or manufacturer restrictions, some products can only be sold within the UK. If the product you wish to purchase does not have a postage price for your country the this will most likely mean we can't send the item to your country.

If you have changed your mind
You can contact us to arrange a return, we will supply you with a returns number and the address for our returns centre. You will be responsible for paying return postage costs for this option, please ensure you package all contents safely to avoid damage in transit.
If the product has developed a fault
Please contact us with a description of the fault and a photograph (if possible). We will do our very best to assist you and ensure a fast turnaround.
All returns must be received in their original condition and packaging, returns received without a Returns Number (RN) will be refused and passed back to Royal Mail.

If we receive your order back because it has been 'Returned to Sender', we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
