REMOTE LOCATIONS

Our couriers charge extra for remote locations such as Belfast, Scottish Highlands, Scottish islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, if you live in these areas you should contact us prior to buying as we will not accept an order for these locations unless the proper charges have been received. Routinely it will cost approximately £16.75 to get a 20Kg delivered.

OPENING HOURS

We are closed at weekends and do not ship products ordered after 12pm Friday until the following Monday.

We are located at Unit 6a, Arrow Trading Estate, Audenshaw, Manchester, M34 5LR. Our trade counter is open 8am - 5pm Mon- Fri, we welcome customers collecting their orders direct. Trade Counter is cash Only.

When we experience high order volume, for example Mondays, we will ship your order as quickly as possible.

Economy Services

Please note that when an economy or Royal Mail service is selected, whilst we may ship same day, the customer accept in purchasing that we are subject to third party services and should not be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

** Occassionally subject to unusually high demand for a product delivery time may be longer than advertised, if this happens we will contact you immediately to let you know expected delivery date and offer a refund if new delivery date is longer than acceptable to individual customers.

Where your shipment is sent by courier you can automatically track your shipment while logged into the website.

Mobile Number

If you have a mobile number registered on your ebay account, our courier company will update you by Text when they have collected the order and will also text you to let you know when to expect delivery.

COURIER DELIVERY

We currently offer courier services into 33 countries within Europe.  Service to these countries take 2-5 working days.

Hazardous goods may only be shipped to the countries highlighted in Red. We DO NOT ship hazardous goods to any other country in the world in small volumes.

Hungary, Ireland **,  Italy (mainland only), Latvia,  Liechtenstein, Lithuania,  Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal (mainland only), Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (mainland only), Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey.

** A dangerous Goods Note is required for shipment to this location, a surcharge of £10.00 will be applicable, and we will contact you at time of purchase to arrange.

INTERNATIONAL SURFACE/AIRMAIL

Economy Services Worldwide with a maximum weight of 2Kg per parcel will take up to 56 working days to arrive, so please factor this into your delivery expectation before purchasing your item.

Hazardous goods are not allowed to be shipped with this this service, so please do not ask us to.

Please Note: It is the responsibility of the customer to check with their customs agency that they have permission to import any items ordered, as the seller accepts no responsibility for any goods seized by customs.

APC Pure have developed its own software to improve communications relating to your ebay purchase.

You will receive an email when your order is downloaded to inform you we have received it successfully.

When we dispatch your item, we will email you to let you know by email with tracking number if relevant. If you dont receive the email, please check your spam box.

A VAT Invoice is automatically emailed immediately after despatch , so again please check your spam box if you have not received.

Our system will then update ebay automatically with the method of shipment and tracking information where applicable.

Terms of Purchase

All orders are only confirmed once accepted by the company. If at any time following receipt of order information from Ebay it transpires there is a problem preventing us from accepting the order, the company reserves the right to cancel the order and refund in full without notice. We will of course communicate with you the customer immediately to explain the reason for refund.

All products are outer bagged before being packed in a sturdy shipping box to ensure the safe arrival of your order with you.

Our postage charges are inclusive of VAT.

They reflect the cost of shipping, VAT, packing charge and packaging materials.

We always try to ensure the "overall" price for our products are the most economical on Ebay.

We ask that when our customers leave DSR's they compare the whole price like for like with our competitors as that is the only fair comparison.

If you are not happy with your item for any reason, please notify us within 7 working days and we will provide you with a Goods Return Number.

Once the item is received, we will arrange a refund.  Please note we only refund on Friday.

All of our chemical products are labelled and packed in compliance with REACH and CLP Regulations.  Material Safety Data Sheets are available for download from our website www.apcpure.com or can be requested at any time by email through the ebay system.
