Borg & Beck Clutch components are manufactured to exacting engineering standards. Rigorous testing procedures and a strict material control program ensure that the contents of a Borg & Beck clutch kit are always of OE Matching quality.

Borg & Beck Clutch 2-IN-1 Clutch Kit contains a cover assembly plus a driven plate and is designed to service vehicles fitted with a concentric slave cylinder (CSC).However, to avoid possible premature failure we recommend that a new CSC should always be fitted in conjunction with a 2-IN-1 Clutch Kit.

Payment Options

We accept all major Credit and Debit cards. Payment can also be made by personal Cheque, Bank Draft, Bank Transfer or Postal Order.

Payment by personal cheque will require a cheque guarantee number and expiry date otherwise they will be held for up to 10 working days awaiting clearance through the normal banking procedure. Please make payable to LK Performance Styling.

We will not dispatch goods or put goods on back order until payment is received in full. Sometimes back orders are placed in good faith but sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control manufacturers or importers may be out of stock whereby a full refund will be offered.

Delivery Info

The Postage & Packaging charges for each country are clearly listed in each item listing.

For UK mainland deliveries: All our items are sent either Royal Mail 1st Class post or FedEx 24 hour courier. Estimated delivery time is usually 3-5 working days after cleared payment has been received, however sometimes this may vary depending on the postal system in your area.

Some deliveries require a signature as proof of delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to give you an exact time for delivery.

Shipping

Most orders will be despatched by a reputable shipping company. We offer excellent delivery times including 24 hour, 48 hour and next day timed deliveries. Local deliveries will be despatched by our own delivery service.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. LK Performance and Styling Centre shall be under no liability for any costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for the delivery of goods under circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery times are working days excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Saturday deliveries incur extra charges and are usually not guaranteed.

Returns Info

Unwanted goods for return must be notified to us by email via ebay within 7 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns if notified later than this period.

The cost of returning the goods safely to us is your responsibility.

We may not be able to accept back non-faulty goods that have been supplied to your specific order or damaged during transit or fitting.

Goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition.

Some items/special order items correctly supplied may not be returnable depending on the manufacturer's policy on returns if they are accepted they may incur a 20% handling charge.

All returns must be accompanied by a covering letter, including the Buyers ebay user id, Full Name, Contact number, Address and a brief description of the situation that needs to be resolved.

Where goods are alleged to be defective/faulty, the purchaser agrees to return such goods for inspection and report (without us replacing the said goods prior to such inspection). The purchaser also accepts that it is reasonable to inform us of any interruption, defect or other failure prior to contacting independent third parties or incurring expense and, in addition, to allow us to remedy the defect, failure.

GENERAL
Please read these terms and conditions prior to placing your order. By placing an order with LK Performance you agree to the terms and conditions stated.
Any reference to LK Performance /Company/Seller/We/Us shall mean LK Performance who sell or supply specialist motor parts in the course of their trade or business.
Any reference to You/Buyer/Purchaser shall mean the person detailed on the sales invoice.
We are suppliers of mainly non-standard items. This means that, by their very nature, the parts we supply may not be a straightforward DIY fit. In some cases, modifications or adaptations may be required to achieve an acceptable fit. We therefore recommend that parts we supply should be fitted by a suitably qualified person.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). 
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Transactions are governed by British Law and any dispute in transactions will be settled by British Law.
ORDERS

PRICES
We do our utmost to keep all prices and information on the ebay shop up to date. In the rare event that the price of an item ordered through the ebay shop has changed we shall endeavour to hold to the price shown at the time of ordering. DELIVERIES
When we quote delivery times it is in "working days". This means any day excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. We shall inform you immediately if we are informed of any delay and will inform you of the new delivery date. 
SHORTAGES & DAMAGES 
Once you or the person receiving the goods on your behalf has signed for them you have accepted that the goods are undamaged and that everything on the invoice/packing slip has been received. If goods are damaged and you inform us after signing for them we may not be able to make a claim from the couriers. Please inspect the goods as soon as possible after receipt and notify us immediately if there is a problem. If it is likely that you will not be the person signing for the goods (such as deliveries to a work address) it is your responsibility to ensure that the person signing knows what they are doing.
RETURNS

WARRANTIES & GUARANTEES
All guarantees for products are provided entirely by the manufacturers/UK importers and are subject to their terms and conditions. If you wish to pursue a warranty claim we shall act on your behalf and shall treat all claims as a matter of urgency. Some goods will need to be returned directly to the manufacturer, some will need to be returned to us. Please always contact our sales office first to confirm. Goods returned under warranty must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and must be returned carriage paid. If a manufacturer decides that a warranty claim is not valid then we will not be liable for any compensation. We will not accept any liability for any labour or associated costs involved in a warranty claim.
Parts modified or adapted by the purchaser will not be warranted by the manufacturer nor shall LK Performance be liable for any failures resulting subsequent to modification as a result of such modification.
LIMITATIONS UPON LIABILITY
We aim to ensure that all information on our ebay shop is correct. However, we cannot be responsible for the use of the information given.
Advice given by LK Performance staff on the telephone or by email is based entirely upon information given by the purchaser with no inspection undertaken. As such, all advice given is indicative only and should be checked by the purchaser prior to order. Where advice is given after visual inspection by LK Performance staff such advice shall amount to an opinion only. 
Goods are supplied only to correspond to the purpose for which goods of that kind are commonly supplied and not alternative uses to which they may be put. No liability for failure will be accepted by LK Performance for such alternative use, amendment or modification.
We always do our best to deliver goods within the timescale quoted at the time of ordering but sometimes there can be a delay which is out of our control. As such, any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. (We strongly recommend that you do not make arrangements to have parts fitted until they have arrived. We will not be held responsible for any charges incurred if such arrangements have to be cancelled due to a delay in delivery.)
All goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods for any reason your paypal/credit card will be refunded the full amount. LK Performance will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Goods may not be compatible with vehicles which have been modified, adapted or altered. Where goods ordered by the Purchaser are not compatible by reason of modification, adaptation or alteration, we may accept such goods back into stock entirely at our discretion and will either issue a refund or credit to the purchaser except where goods are specifically ordered for the purchaser where no such refund or credit will operate.
Under no circumstances will LK Performance be held liable for any fitting charges incurred by the purchaser. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure he has the correct parts prior to fitting. This can be as simple as comparing shape and size of the new items with the parts to be removed from the car. In the rare event of an item being defective we shall act on the customer's behalf to obtain compensation for fitting charges from the manufacturer/UK importer. If the manufacturer/importer refuses compensation then we shall not be held liable.
No liability is accepted by LK Performance where purchasers attempt to modify or install components where it is known or ought reasonably to be known to the purchaser that the part is incorrectly supplied or otherwise not in accordance with the order.
