SHIPPING – DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL
Parcels are dispatched within 1 working day, Monday to Friday, other than if holiday settings are on in which case there will be a delay with processing your order and only if full payment for the item(s) has been cleared & received by the Seller by 2pm GMT time. Orders placed after 2pm GMT, during weekends & public holidays will be dispatch the next working day.
We are pleased to offer combined postage on multiple purchases.
All orders are sent by economy or recorded delivery within UK, or “Signed For” for international deliveries, as this provides insurance and tracking. No exceptions!
If your country is excluded from the destinations we send to, in some cases we are able to dispatch goods using a courier service. Please contact us for a quote & payment arrangement prior to buying (for this option to be considered by us, you should have an established eBay history of at least 12 positive feedbacks within last 6 months).
The Seller is in no way responsible for any delays in shipping, inc. local delivery errors or international customs issues. We will provide you with the tracking number as soon as your item has been sent, you may follow up using RM website or your local country's postal service to track the parcel - tracking number is always the same for international parcels.
The Buyer will be responsible for second shipping charge if parcels are returned to the Seller as unclaimed, failed delivery or sent to an incorrect address by no fault of the Seller. Please make sure your shipping address is up to date on your PayPal account.
We do not send to PO Box addresses,with exception's of few valued customers or addresses other than the buyer’s registered confirmed Paypal address.
