You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 14 working days after you receive the goods.
In order to cancel your order, please contact us via the EBay messaging centre.
Except in the case of faulty or misdescribed goods, if you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost.
We do offer a collection service at £12.99. Please note collections can only occur Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
If you would like us to collect a cancelled order then please inform us when you notify us of your wish to cancel the order, and acknowledge your acceptance of the collection charge.
Any items that you return to us are at your own risk, therefore we strongly advise all our customers take reasonable care when returning any items to us, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed, adequately packed and carried by a reputable carrier who offer insurance for the items returned.
PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL REQUIRE PROOF OF RETURN, If ANY ISSUES ARE ENCOUNTERED DURING THE RETURNS PROCESS
On receipt of the goods, and assuming they are ‘as new’, we shall refund your original payment in full within 4 days.
Except in the case of faulty or misdescribed goods, if you do not return the goods as required, we may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.
Returns/ Faulty Items
If the goods supplied to you are faulty/ incomplete or damaged on arrival (whether or not they were damaged in transit) you must notify us within 28 calendar days of receipt of the goods. Once we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or a full refund via your original payment method and reimburse any reasonable return carriage costs.
In order to verify the fault we may ask you to email us an image, or return the item to us, or arrange for the goods to be collected by our courier.
In the case of faulty/ damaged or misdescribed items we will refund any reasonable costs incurred by you in returning the goods to us.
Please note that any items returned to us that you claim to be faulty or incomplete, are checked and verified by our returns department. Any returned items that are found not to be faulty or incomplete will be returned to you and we shall be entitled to charge you for the return carriage costs and hold the item(s) until full payment has been made for the return carriage.
