We PREFER to ship all items by Royal Mail and email you a Tracking Number from the Ebay Website – we can only do this after the parcels have left our warehouse. There may be a delay in receiving the tracking number due to the huge volume of orders as we have to manually update the website with it.
An e-mail will be sent to your eBay e-mail address after the item is shipped out.
We prefer Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day – you will normally get your screen early morning the next working day – this will save you waiting all day.
If you are not at your address your postman will leave a card so that you can collect it from the local post office at your convenience.
We DO NOT prefer couriers as they can deliver anytime before 5pm – no point waiting all day at home wondering when they will deliver
