In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your item upon receipt you can return it for a refund, minus all postage costs but please contact us first before returning any item. All items must be returned within 7 days of purchase, unopened and unused, in the original packaging and fully insured to the total value of the goods. Therefore, if you are unhappy with the product then please DO NOT USE IT. We will not accept the return of used unwanted goods for exchange or refund if they have been used. Also if items are returned as faulty but upon professional testing are found to be fully working, a £20 fee will be chargeable. You must also use a postage method that provides tracking information. We will deduct the value of any goods missing from the original packaging from any refund given, if applicable. We cannot refund any shipping charges incurred by the customer. Please include a copy of the original invoice with your name, date of purchase, eBay username and the reason you are returning the item.
