Instructions for use (Please make sure these are followed before contacting us)
1 .Just plug the reader into the dock connector port on your iPad then attach your digital camera or iPhone using a USB cable (not included).
2 .Using the SD(HC), MS DUO, MMC, M2, T-FLASH (TF) card reader imports photos from your camera's SD(HC), MS DUO, MMC, M2, T-FLASH (TF). Connecting it to your iPad. Then insert your digit camera's SD(HC), MS DUO, MMC, M2, T-FLASH (TF) card into the slot. ( Note photo files must stored in DCIM directory as the iPad can not directly read out the photos stored in other directories)
3 .Please make sure that the toggle switch on the bottom of the card reader is set to either USB (Left) or Cards (RIGHT) depending on what connection method you require (See Image).
4 .As per listing please make sure your images are in a supported format and are stored within a DCIM (Digital Camera Images) folder on your supported Card. Without a DCIM folder the iPad will not see them.
5 .If you get an error message saying this device is not supported etc etc, just dismiss it, this is a standard annoying message built in by apple for every single accessory that is not made by apple, it DOES not mean the device is faulty.
6 .Please make sure the Red LED on the card reader lights up and that it is pushed in far enough to make a connection, once all of the above are correct your iPad will open the image preview pane after about 5 seconds of connecting.
7 .Please also make sure there are no cases or covers on your iPad that could affect connection and a reboot of your iPad is also recommended.

International Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Airmail and depending on the country, can take between 5-15 working days.
If you're not 100% satisfied with your item we will gladly accept it back for a full refund provided your initial request to return the item is within 14 days from the date of purchase. If your initial request to return the item is after 14 days from the date of purchase unfortunately we would be unable to accept the return request. All items must be returned unopened, complete with all packaging intact and suitable for resale.
To arrange a return;

3. Next to your listing, select Return this item from the pull-down menu.
4. Select "I want to return an item" and click Continue.
5. The "Return an item" form appears.
6. Review the next page and click Request return.
7. Then you have to wait for seller to accept your return request.
8. After the seller has accepted your request, you can prepare postage right away and click Continue.
