RBC12 cell kit

Description

This auction is for the cells that you need to rebuild an RBC12 battery pack. You will need to re-use your existing batteries wiring harness and assemble the pack yourself. This advert is for the cells only, if you need the fully assembled product, please see our other listings

The cells are brand new, never used, fresh stock. They are imported by ourselves in large quantities which means we can realise good resale price points, and you are certain to get the most recent manufacture date codes.

8x Brand new rechargeable, sealed lead acid batteries.
12 month RTB warranty against manufacturing defects.

All packages are sent using DPD and TNT, on a next working day, 24H delivery service. Orders before 3PM will be dispatched that day, and you should expect to receive the goods the next working day. After 3PM we try our best to dispatch orders, but cannot guarantee this. If you must have your cells urgently, let us know and we will prioritise as best we can. DPD send out emails giving ETA (estimated time of arrival) of their driver and your parcels so you can plan your day around the delivery. All deliveries are insured. If there are any problems in transit we fix them, no quibbles. We ship internationally.

VAT is included in the buy it now price, and if you are VAT registered you will be able to reclaim this. VAT receipts are sent out via email on request.

The customer is  liable for return postage if the goods need to be sent to us for any reason. If we swap the unit under warranty the customer is responsible for disposing of the original unit.

VAT is included in all buy it now prices. There are no hidden charges.

We use two couriers, TNT and DPD. These are both next working day 24 hour delivery services  to UK mainland. International orders take longer. DPD take most parcels up to 25KG, and all international parcels. Tracking details are available on request.

Please provide a delivery contact number. The courier will use this to ring you if they have difficulties finding the address. We treat your phone number as confidential information and will not use it for any other purpose or pass it on. International orders will not be shipped unless a contact number is provided. Please put this phone number in the notes section on the paypal checkout. If the item is returned to us after a failed delivery attampt, we may need to charge shipping again before re-sending.

All items have shipping insurance. We pack in custom made cartons and on micro pallets. Please bear this in mind - the shipping charge is for postage and packaging. P&P is quoted to UK maindland only, if there is an additional fee (e.g. offshore or Scottish highlands) the buyer is responsible for its payment.  If Saturday special delivery is required please contact me. 

If goods need to be returned to us for any reason, the customer bears the expense of return shipping, and is liable for damage on the return trip. All returns must include an RMA authorisation, and must be shipped with a traceable courier that provides POD "proof of delivery" signature confirmation. Insurance is at the customers discretion.


Confirmation of dispatch emails are sent out every night. If you require a VAT INVOICE it is now commonly acceptable to print the ebay checkout page, if you require an invoice direct from us, these are freely available on request.

We pack and send out orders as quickly as we can. We do dispatch most things the day they are ordered. For small items an approximate cut off is 3PM, for larger items 12PM but this is by no means a rule. If you have an urgent order let us know as soon as you can so we can start work on it.
