Return policy details
We comply with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This means that you, the customer, are entitled to a full refund/exchange within 7 days of you receiving the items.
We only refund/exchange items that are returned in their original, unused condition with their hygiene sticker intact and contained in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for paying all return postage fees.
Please send the item back to us and write the order number on the parcel. Please also add a note with the required item/size (or if you would like a refund), your Ebay user name, your real name and address.
We assume no liability for returns sent by you and lost in the Post. We advise you to use a signed delivery service.
If the required size is not in stock you will be contacted by email and you will be able to choose another item.
