Where possible we post items on the day of purchase. We will always post within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment.

Please note that due to VAT issues and increased cost we are not able to ship goods to Guernsey, Jersey or the Irish Republic. We are also unable to offer delivery to either PO Box or BFPO addresses.

As we operate from a warehouse, for both security and safety it is not possible to collect goods.

We are able to offer delivery to Northern Ireland and other outlying areas at no additional charge however your delivery may take a little longer to arrive.

Faulty Items
If your product is faulty when you receive it, or develops a fault within 7 working days of delivery, we will either replace or refund your order once the return has been processed and the items have been returned to us. If your product develops a fault after 7 working days, it will be processed as per the specific manufacturer's warranty and returns policy.

Unwanted Items
Under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR), most items can be returned by consumers for a full refund or exchange providing you notify us of your wish to cancel your order and return the item or items within seven days of receiving them. All items must be in an as new condition and in the original packaging. The packaging must not have been damaged or altered by the customer and all items must be unused with all seals/shrink wrap intact. Any items that were specifically ordered for the customer, or altered or customized to the customer's specification, or pre-recorded media and software of any type, cannot be returned. These and any other purchases that do not fall within the Distance Selling Regulations normally can not be returned, however if we are able to accept return of these items there may be an admin fee of 25% of the item value (min charge of £25 ex VAT).

Please contact us to request a returns number prior to returning goods to Oyyy. When returning goods, please use a signed-for or registered service for your own safety. If an item is deemed faulty or if an incorrect item has been sent a collection will be arranged by Oyyy at our expense.
