Free engraving is included with this item. We do not put a limit on engraving text but would recommend 30 characters for smaller plates due to space restrictions. Please use the 'message to ASE TROPHIES' option in the item checkout to tell us your engraving text. NOTE: If you want the item blank with no engraving please let us know too so we do not delay dispatch of your order. You can also email your request to us at engraving@aseawards.co.uk	We can engrave most logos and pictures (sorry no photos) onto our products. There is a small charge applicable for set up and engraving a logo. Please email us for further details.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

From 2nd April 2013 Royal Mail are increasing the cost of their postal services. This means that there will be a significant price rise on the cost of posting parcels through the Royal Mail.

Typically a trophy of all but the smallest will now cost £5.85 p&p to post by first class and £5.50 p&p by second class. This is a 1-2 day service for 1st and 3-5 day for second that is not guaranteed or tracked. We have therefore taken the decision to send our products, where appropriate by courier which will cost £5.00 for up to 1kg. This is a fully tracked service and is overnight guaranteed. As you can see this is actually a more cost effective option but we do ask that our customers acknowledge this is due to a price rise out of our control and that we do not profit from any postal charge, we would ask you to consider this when leaving DSR ratings.

Key points of our service.

We endeavour to dispatch within 3 days (Subject to stock availability) 
All of our items are sent either by 1st class royal mail or by courier. We will always use the most cost effective postage option. In the event that postage charges are more than actual charge, WE WILL ALWAYS GIVE A POSTAGE REFUND. Some listings offer special delivery overnight guaranteed, If you require guaranteed overnight delivery on a listing without this option, please email for details before completing your order.

Whilst we endeavour to give our international customers the same high level of service that our domestic customers receive, we are unable to guarantee Royal Mail Airmail postage times as this is also subject to local postal service regulations. When sending items to Europe it must be understood that postage can take up to 5 days to be delivered. When sending to the USA postage can take up to 10 days. For Asia and Australia please remember that on occasions we have found that it can take up to 3 weeks for items to be delivered. Please leave at least 3 weeks from the date of dispatch before contacting us to inform us of non delivery if you are located in Australia or New Zealand. PLEASE NOTE: Royal Mail Airmail IS NOT TRACKED so we are unable to tell you where your order is during transit. We can of course offer you a tracked service or an express courier service, if you are in need of the order faster than that quoted above, or want the peace of mind of a tracked service; please contact us for details and prices of the express services we can offer. ENGRAVING: It is the customers responsibility to supply engraving text at the time of ordering. We prefer engraving text to be included with the checkout payment using the message box provided. If purchasing using a tablet or smart phone the option to leave a message is not always available, in this instance please send us an Ebay message.
If these two optionas are not available we can accept engraving text by email but this method is as a last resort because we may not see the engraving text with the order.
We endeavour to dispatch all items engraved but in the instance when engraving is not received we will always email to obtain customers text. We will send two emails, 24 hours apart. If we have not received a reply within 48 hours of the second email we will dispatch the item blank. It is the customers responsibility to return the item for re-engraving at their own expense. We may make a charge for engraving after the item has left our premises. We will NEVER send an item blank without contacting the customer first.

Sorry but we are unable to accept personalised goods once they have been processed.
