We have a no quibble returns policy – any item may be returned within 7 days subject to the following conditions: Return of Defective or Incorrectly Supplied Items If you receive the wrong item, or the item is broken or defective, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Please note - any warranty seals on the product itself must be remain intact. The terms of this return are as follows: - You must agree to print off the return postage label we send to you - Dependent upon the size of the item you are required to either: A Take the item to the point of postage / shipment and advising us of the completion of this activity – Branded and New will take all reasonable steps to ensure the shipment point is local to your home. Or B Make the parcel available for collection by a national courier service in accordance with the reasonable requirements of the courier - this typically means they will only specify the day they will collect the item. Collection time will only be specified as between 8am and 5pm C Failure to meet the sending requirements initially made by Branded & New will mean the buyer then has to rearrange and pay for the subsequent return of the item Return for Convenience You may return your item within 7 working days if it is in it’s original unopened condition for a full refund (minus your return postage costs). If the packaging is not in ‘As New’ resale condition or there are any items / paperwork missing we will not give a refund Return of Opened Items Items that have been opened and cannot be offered to other customers as new can be returned at the buyers expense but refunds given less a 15% restocking charge – this is to cover the cost of administration and to help in offering customers a reduction on the item when resold as a returned / opened item Return of Incomplete, Marked or Damaged items These items are not eligible for return.
