PAINTS AND SPRAYS
As with all of our pants always follow the instructions on the town and remember to try a test area before proper application.
Household and general items.
These days 95% of goods sold come originally from China and unless we say ?made in ????? you should assume that is where the items were made. We sell lots of things that are pre packed. China make things in bulk with the lowest quality materials. Unless we say high quality assume that the item is typical China cheap stuff. That does not mean it is rubbish but it is mot top quality. Unless we say supplied in a sealed pack the item may come loose. If you want the item in packaging please make sure you ask by message. If the item says includes ?gift box? you will get the box.
The items are individually priced and POST FREE IN THE UK the overseas postage reflects the real price we pay for the postage and the packing staff and materials. It is for that reason WE CANNOT OFFER POSTAGE DISCOUNTS normally on SOFT toys.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
All overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail Air Mail small Packets. Packets travel much slower than letters. They travel even slower at Christmas times. Most things arrive in Europe within 10 working days and the rest of the world 15 working days but you might need to allow 25 working days in both. Remember to check your local post office guide.
NOTE some countries have consistently caused us delivery problems and we only offer delivery to those countries if the customer pays for the international signed for delivery service. If you live in Eastern Europe, South America, Africa, Far East,
Middle East and a few other countries you must select that service. We will not deliver normal Air mail to those countries.
We also can only send items that have a packed size under 900mm therefore some items cannot be sent overseas.
GENERAL
We try to send everything out the next working date unless we state a specific time frame. If you order by special delivery or expedited shipping YOU ARE STRONGLY ADVISED to also send us a message to mention that requirement. The eBay system (although good generally) does not highlight fast shipping requests. For example order after 10am on a Friday and your Special delivery order will leave Monday and arrive Tuesday. Order on a Monday after 10am and it will leave Tuesday and arrive Wednesday. We try hard to beat that by 1 day but this is not guaranteed.
FEEDBACK
# It is part of our terms and conditions that you will NOT LEAVE ANY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK until you have contacted us first by this website message to rectify any problem you may have. If you leave feedback before doing this we will ask for the feedback to be removed. If we fail to deal with you then you may leave negative feedback. We can assure you we will try to help.
# Larger items will need to be collected by the buyer Monday to Friday 9am to 3.30pm. Outside these times by arrangement only and may cost extra to arrange staff. SMALLER ITEMS MAY BE COLLECTED BUT A PACKING CHARGE MAY STILL APPLY. THIS IS BECAUSE MANY ITEMS ARE PREPACKED BEFORE AUCTION. Check before you bid or buy what our charge may be or expect it to be about half the P&P approx. in some cases.
# Combined postage is not available on free or low cost postage items. Some items cannot be combined. Check if that is important to you.
# Smaller items will be sent by Royal Mail*. Any item weighing over 1 KG will be sent parcel post our courier. Glass items must be collected.
# Valuable items and one off collectables will only be sent special delivery or courier and that costs around £6 upwards plus packing.
# Small light items like records, cards will go regular mail. A tracked service for most orders over £15 in value.
# Any item that is not as described can be returned for a refund, but please CONTACT US FIRST.
# We will try to send items out within 2 to 5 working days after payment and delivery will depend on the Royal Mail after that. The first day starts at 9am on a working day.

Most postcodes are zone 1 standard rate. Zone 2 is double the price and zone 3 trebles the price. Before you bid on an over 1kg item remember we will have to charge higher rates if you live in the zones below.
We may be able to save you money and send outside our contract but please contact us before you bid for a lower price.
UK parcel delivery zones For account customers, the cost of sending a parcel within the UK depends on what zone you are sending to and from. In the UK we have 3 zones. Prices and parcel delivery times vary by zone. For retail customers the cost does not depend on where you are sending to and from but just on weight.
Zone 1 England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands. The zone is made up of all postcodes not mentioned in zones 2 and 3.
Zone 2 The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.
Zone 3 Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25.
#Please note that sometimes we take items out of the packaging shown to reduce postage costs. If you particularly want the packaging that the item came in please make sure you send us a message at the same time as placing your order. This may mean for example if an item came in a blister pack you would not receive the plastic packaging.
#We try our best to describe every item properly and give our customers colour choices where we can. However please note we reserve the right to change manufacturer, colour or minor design features as long as the basic product remains the same. You are of course at liberty to return any item that is not satisfactory. We cannot guarantee colour choices. If you particularly only want a certain colour please make sure you contact is via message immediately after placing your order.

#I TRY to ensure that the description of the goods sold in my online shop is accurate therefore if you decide to return your order I will refund your purchase payment but not the postage costs. Returns are happily accepted, provided items are returned unopened in original packaging in re-saleable condition within 10 days. 1 Buyer has to bear original postage or the return postage.
# However, if you need to return your goods because they are faulty or damaged then I will either send you a replacement or refund your entire payment including postage and packing.
