We pay to have pallets custom made for protection of items and also buy in packaging materials, bubble wrap/tape/strapping etc along with wages to pay so please bear this in mind when leaving feedback.

Goods must be signed for as DAMAGED at the point of delivery – please mark the delivery slip as GOODS DAMAGED.  It is in the customers’ interest to do so, even if the packaging appears unmarked.  Signing as damaged is a precaution.  If, when you unpack the goods, you find they are damaged and the delivery slip has not been signed as such then unfortunately, no claim can be made against the courier.

Mainland items are shipped by T.N.T. courier on an EXPRESS NEXT DAY service, a signature is required. Highlands and other remote areas may take longer and are shipped by palletways on an economy service - a daytime contact number is required.

We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss in transit and do not take liability for courier delay

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the end of winning bid date. After this 14 day period, refunds will not be processed for any reason

Refunds apply to the winning bid amount only. Shipping is non-refundable, unless the error occurred at our end

Return shipping fee is the Buyers responsibility

Returns must be received in unused condition with the original packaging and invoice and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee


If the product is damaged during shipping please contact us. If the item has a manufacturing fault, we have the option of either sending you a replacement for the faulty part or have you return the unit for repair or replacement - Please note: Return shipping is at the buyers expense and no other warranty is expressed or implied
