OUR SEA FRONT APARTMENT
Jollies is our sea front holiday rental apartment in Gran Canaria (Playa del Ingles). It sleeps 2 + 2. Rental is £370pw for all 2012 dates except Christmas. 2013 dates are £380pw except for the Christmas period. We do get booked up very quickly because of our superb location & our very fair rental price.

is a lovely 1 bedroom apartment for 2 + 2 people** - on the promenade
in Playa del Ingles, the main holiday resort on the island of Gran
Canaria. The pool, just yards from the apartment terrace, is set in
matured gardens and shared with just 7 other apartments !! With the
exception of Christmas and New Year our 2013 rental price is £380 pw all
year. You need to find your own flights.
It is walking distance to all the bars, restaurants, clubs & shops, i.e:-
The lounge is in bedsit style with 2 single beds, throws & cushions
Even with a king sized bed and fitted wardrobes the bedroom is very spacious
The kitchen is fully equipped, including fridge freezer & full oven
The pool is just yards from the apartment terrace and is set in matured gardens.The location is perfect!
The rental price includes bedlinen and towels but not pool towels.
Except for August the pool area in this small complex is quiet and you may even have it all to yourself!
We do get busy quite a time in advance so we recommend you book as soon as possible. Please contact us for our availability calendar, which shows all dates still available from now up to December 2013.

have a breakfast bar, but given the almost guaranteed weather all year
round, how about eating at our table on the terrace overlooking the pool
and within earshot of the waves lapping at the shore .
pedestrianised promenade runs at the front of the property.
Young or old, this location has something for everyone. We're in the heart of the resort so car hire certainly isn't necessary.

Would recommend highly and when we go back, will look at this apartment first to see if can book this. However, it is very popular and I can see why. Its great - you will not regret staying here. Things you need to Know:-
We don't let Jollies to groups of teenagers (i.e. under 21's) or any
teenagers holidaying without parents, under any circumstances. The
apartment is most suitable for one couple (i.e. sleeping in the King
sized bed in the one bedroom) but will accommodate 4 people as the
lounge can sleep 2. The maximum occupancy is 4 persons for couples and
families and 2 persons for singles. We will not permit 5 (or more)
persons under any circumstances (sorry, but this is non-negotiable even
if the 5th person is a baby). Smokers are welcome to smoke on the
terrace but not inside the apartment (Sorry - I'm a smoker too but it's
in the interests of ALL our guests - hardly a hardship given that the
terrace is such a lovely place to sit!)

POPULARITY:- Being a complex of just 8 apartments, situated in such a sought after location and offered at a very fair rental has resulted in the apartment being very popular - for this reason Jollies often gets booked well in advance. We are taking bookings now up to Christmas 2013.
FLIGHTS ARE NOT INCLUDED:- Our prices are for property rental only.
ESSENTIAL & NON CONTRACTUAL EXTRA'S:- We have numerous non
essential items available for our clients use. However, it is important
to understand that these items do not form part of our contract with you
and will not necessarily be replaced when broken or lost. Such items
include: hairdryer, CD Player & CD's, portable DVD player and a good
selection of films, sandwich toaster, fragranced candles, tea lights,
salt, pepper & vinegar, cooking oil, wardrobe hanging shelves,
laundry bag, free postcards, small notepads & pen, umbrella &
vases. In the lounge we also have an insect repellant plug-in. This
works through the electrical system and covers 60 sqm. Walls are not a
barrier to this system. Providing it is not unplugged at any time you
should enjoy an insect free stay (if unplugged it takes up to 4 weeks to
work again when plugged back in).
