Once your order has been placed and we have received cleared payment, we aim to despatch goods from our warehouse within 24 hours and deliver to your door within 4 working days. However, please allow up to 7 working days from time of payment for receipt of your product before querying non-delivery. We use several different courier services to deliver our goods to customers. No matter how many items you purchase, or how big those items may be, everything you order from T2 Direct Ltd will be delivered free of charge, within the UK. You can have your goods delivered to any address within these areas. It doesn't have to be your billing address. The shipping surcharge for the following domestic regions is £4.95: Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands.
MySmartBuy are committed to selling high-quality products that we hope you'll enjoy using, but we also know that for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to return something you've purchased.
30-DAY APPROVAL PERIOD
Every product we sell is covered by our 30-day approval period scheme. This means you have two weeks from the time you receive your order to decide whether or not you wish to keep your item(s).
If during the approval period, you decide that you would like to return your purchase for a refund, simply contact us immediately to obtain a Returns Merchandise Authority number (RMA). Once you have been given the RMA, you have to return the item to us with all items/parts included, in a re-saleable condition, undamaged and in its original packaging within a further 14 days.
Once we have received your item back from you we will inspect your item before proceeding to issue a full refund, excluding returns postage. If you do not contact us within 14 days of receiving your item we will assume you are happy with your purchase, and therefore your approval period will end. We will not refund any orders after your approval period has ended so it is important that you check you are happy with your purchase as soon as it arrives.
HOW TO RETURN TO US
Whether you are returning goods because they are faulty and require replacing, or you are taking advantage of our 14 day approval period and wish to send an item back to us for a refund, it is very important that you contact us to obtain a Returns Merchandise Authority number (RMA).
You can either return the goods back to us yourself via Royal Mail (please ensure you arrange appropriate insurance with Royal Mail: obtain a Royal Mail Certificate of Posting or use services such as Recorded Delivery / Special Delivery). Alternatively, we can arrange for a courier to collect goods at a convenient time (we will charge a small fee for this service).
All products returned to us will be thoroughly checked by our Returns Department and only then will a refund or exchange be authorised and processed. Returns are usually processed within 14 working days of receipt. A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.
If you are sending goods back because they are faulty, we will refund the return postage costs, as long as this is either clearly stated by providing a receipt or if we can see the value of the postage paid from the box used to return the item.
