Most items come with a 12 MONTH MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user.

If your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect please get in contact with us via eBay.

You need to obtain a RA number (Return Authorization) before sending your order back to us. RA number can be obtained by emailing us. Make sure it is packed properly so that the contents are protected from any shipping damages. Please note that we will not accept returns for: Merchandise that is not in its original packaging and used, except in the case of manufacturers' defects. Return postage will be paid by buyer. Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 48hr turn around Monday to Friday.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance. We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. To guarantee receipt YOU must return the item by a ìsigned forî service; this will provide you with a proof of receipt. All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt at our office. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return; otherwise the refund will be delayed.

Payment

We accept payment by PayPal, Credit or Debit Cards and Postal Orders.
We will not entertain payment by personal or business cheque.

By PayPal - We prefer payment by verified PayPal accounts with a confirmed address.

Please note that paying by eCheque through PayPal can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the PayPal system (check with PayPal on the expected clearance date).  Once your eCheque payment clears, your item will be dispatched to you within 1 working day.

By Postal Order - Please contact us after purchase for our postal address.  It is in your interest to send Postal Orders by Recorded or Special Delivery only.

We dispatch by Royal Mail First Class service; UK customers in most instances you can expect delivery in 1 to 2 working days, but The Royal Mail do not guarantee this. Non-UK customers can expect delivery in 2 to 10 working days, but again is not guaranteed.
