Shipping & Delivery
Ebay's Delivery Estimates - The Delivery estimates provided at the top of the listing are provided by ebay (not sellers) to provide customers with an idea of when to expect their order. These are provided as estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates and whilst most orders should arrive on or around the date ebay provide, peak periods and unforeseen delays may affect delivery.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days from receipt of payment. For UK customers, orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail or by courier for heavier or larger items. Delivery via 1st Class is typically 1-2 working days after dispatch and 2nd class 2-3 working days (as defined by Royal Mail). We therefore generally advise customers that orders should be delivered within 1 to 3 working days however we would kindly advise customers to allow up to 7 working days before contacting us to allow for any unforeseen delays. Customers purchasing from overseas should allow additional time for delivery. Typically this is 3 to 5 working days for European customers and 5 to 10 working days for customers outside the EU. However to allow for unforeseen delays, delivery can sometimes take longer. In line with Royal Mail delivery policies, we accept an order as lost after 10 working days for deliveries to UK addresses and between 20 and 25 working days for deliveries to outside of the UK. These are the maximum times we would ask customers to wait and is in line with other retailers/sellers.
We are happy to accept returns on unwanted items within 30 days. Please ensure that items are returned unused with all parts and packaging included. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under current consumer regulations(see separate returns policy information under Business seller information below or contact your local Trading Standards office or consumer advice centre). Customers will be responsible for return postage costs. If an item is received faulty, damaged or the wrong item is received, please contact us within 4 days of receipt by email or through ebay message centre and we will advise further. We are unable to rectify problems with missing or damaged items after this time.
