Very nice 172, lovely aircraft. Recent re-spray and reupholstered in leather. Aircraft has always been hangered. No signs of corrosion. Any inspection and test flight welcome.

Annual completed on 15/09/2011 and 50 hr / 6 month full check before any sale.

• Airframe hrs = 3800 approx.
• Engine hrs = 1700 approx.

Engine - CONTINENTAL O-300-D.

Good compressions on all cylinders. Years of life left on condition.
