New without tags: A brand-new, unused and unworn item that is not in its original retail packaging or may be missing
its original retail packaging materials (such as the original box or bag). The original tags may not be attached. For example, new shoes (with absolutely no signs of wear) that are no longer in their original box fall into this category.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

You have 30 working days after the receipt of your item in which to let us know that you to wish to return it.
Returned unwanted items must be in saleable condition with all original parts & packaging.
The buyer must pay the cost of postage for the returned item. The buyer should get a proof of postage receipt when sending the item back.
Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund you the selling price of the item.
If you let us know that you want to return an unwanted item between witnin 30 days after you have received it, we will accept the return but we may charge you a 25 per cent restocking fee.
You must also pay the cost of return postage, as above.
Please Note: If any item(s) returned to us are in poor condition, such as with missing parts or damage, we reserve the right to deduct a percentage from the total refund amount up to 100%.
If your item arrives with obvious damage, you must let us know within 7 working days in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.
We will not accept the return of damaged items after 30 days following the buyer's receipt of the item.
Again, the buyer must pay the cost of posting the item back to us and the buyer should get a proof of postage.
After we receive the returned damaged item, we will conduct an inspection of the damage. Should we believe the damage was caused by the customer, we may contact you to discuss the issue further and we may refuse a refund in certain circumstances.
Should any items which we believe were present at delivery be missing then we retain the right to refuse you a refund.
Claims of undelivered items
If you claim to have not received your item, we will check the tracking information from the delivery company. If the tracking information indicates the parcel was delivered to your address, we will not issue a refund.
In order to qualify for a refund for an undelivered item, you must contact us within 10 days of your order being placed.
Customers from outside the UK have 20 days from the date of the order being placed to report the item as not delivered.
