PAYMENT METHODS

UK Payment methods excepted are paypal, cheque & postal orders (preferably uncrossed). Please allow 6 working days for cheques to clear and 7-9 working days for echeques to clear.

INTERNATIONAL Paypal is the only excepted payment method. Please only bid if you can pay using paypal. Please allow 7-9 working days for echeques to clear.

POSTAGE DISCOUNTS We have listed a massive variety of products in our shop and offer a very competitive postage discount for multiple items won. The checkout will work out the total postage cost automatically at the ebay checkout for all UK purchases. The checkout will not always work out the full postage discount for international purchases. So if purchasing from different listings, please request an invoice when you're ready to pay so we can check the postage for you. We are happy to provide a quote before you bid, so please contact us with the items & quantity you're interested in if you would like a quote beforehand.

 PAYMENT TIMES Payment is to be received within 7 working days. If you find this is a problem for whatever reason, please let us know, as all non payers will be reported to ebay, and left with a strike against their account. Ebay automatically send out a reminder if payment hasn't been received within 3 days. If still no payment has been made within 7 days you will be reported to ebay. And again if still no payment within 11 days, you will receive the strike, and the item will be relisted.

Items will be despatched upon clearance of payment. All items are packed well and usually despatched within 48 hours. Ebay will send you an order update confirming the despatch.

UK Deliveries are usually 3+ working days, however on occasion they can be delayed with the courier so please allow 2 weeks before contacting us.

INTERNATIONAL Airmail deliveries are usually 5-7 working days for delivery, however on occasion they can be delayed with the courier so please allow 4 weeks before contacting us.

PLEASE NOTE Even though these are the standard delivery times royal mail do not guarantee them and sometimes they can be prolonged for different reasons eg, bank holidays, christmas, strikes, sent in wrong direction..., so please take this into account when waiting for a delivery, as a backlog as a result isn't unusual.

RETURNS Authorised returns only will be excepted. If for some reason you have changed your mind and no longer want the item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item so this can be arranged. The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the item for the refund to still be valid. The item will be inspected upon receipt and a refund will be issued for the item price only on the condition the item has been returned in the same unused condition as listed, and still in its packaging if the item has been sent sealed or carded. If the item is not in the same condition and has been used, a refund will not be issued, and you will need to pay the postage for the item to be returned to you.
