Terms of sale
All our items are genuine OEM parts not aftermarket, unless otherwise stated.
We will always accurately list our items in the description. Body panels and wing/door mirrors may occasionally have some minor storage marks and may require painting. Any major dents, scratches or damage will be clearly stated should there be any.
In the case of headlights - included is the electric adjusters if fitted to the headlamp unit in most cases, however these are considered a freebie so please ask if you really need them as some fall off during removal - In the case of all lights the bulbs and bulb holders are normally included, however, these are considered as a freebie, so please ask if you need them.
All wires and pipes are generally cut after the plug, thus enabling you to either plug in or connect with electrical connectors - Please ask if need a specific part of the plug, cable or part. Window regulators do not come with the plastic fixing clips although we will leave them on where possible - Again, please ask if you specifically require a clip and we will check.
Car stereos are sold with or without the security code - if we say "no code" we mean it will either need decoding or will not be a coded radio, if we say "with code" it will come with the security code.
While all care is taken to ensure parts and panels sold are in good condition, no responsibility can be accepted for failure of same, or compensation paid, for any loss, damage, injury, labour or recovery charged incurred as a result of goods supplied by us.

Delivery to highlands, outer reaches of Scotland and Northern Ireland will incur an extra charge, however, we always try to find the cheapest fastest method where possible. This applies to post card starting with IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25. So if you require delivery to one of these areas please get in touch with us first for a quote.

Collection is available, please contact us first if you would like to collect an item and we can get it ready for you. Our collection post code is WV1 2TZ.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All goods must be checked for condition in the presence of the carrier before signing to accept delivery. Please note that any glass items are sent at buyers risk, we do our upmost to pack them safely but unfortunately no courier will insure them against breakages.
Please check panels for damage upon receipt and refuse them if they are damaged as they will have to be returned at your own expense should you sign for them (by signing you accept that they have been received in good order). If you wish for us to pursue a claim, you would also need to take photos of the packaging and of the damage to the item. We do not anticipate items being damaged as we spend a lot of time and effort parcelling our items with lots of protection to avoid this situation arising
Items posted via Royal Mail will be refunded 15 workings days after they have been dispatched as this is the timeframe Royal Mail require before declaring the item lost.
Refunds and Returns
All parts carry a 14 days warranty. If you need to return an item for a refund or exchange please contact us within the 14 days of purchasing the item to let us know. No refunds can be given on parts outside of the warranty period or parts ordered in error once they have been dispatched. Should you purchase an item by mistake and realise your error before it has been dispatched, refunds can be given however there is a 10% administration fee.

We try our best to title the item with all the details required to find a perfect match, however, we are not experts on all vehicles so please take note of part numbers or ask if it WILL be suitable before buying if you are not 100% sure as we cannot take responsibility for your incorrect purchase, although we will allow you to return any non computerised part for a full refund if you have purchased in error.
