 Shipping to UK Mainland is free for all items.


 PLEASE NOTE: Northern Ireland and Non UK mainland such as Highlands incur a surcharge from our courier. We cover this fee for some items but larger items we request postage costs. Please use the shipping calculator to find the correct cost.


 If you need your item urgently UK Mainland customers can pay just £3.99 for a next day delivery service for orders placed before 1pm. Delivery is Monday to Friday.


 We request that all customers please provide us with a contact telephone number for delivery.


 We endeavour to dispatch all items paid for before 1pm and most UK mainland deliveries should be received within 1-4 working days. European orders normally take 3-5 working days.

Delivery normally takes 2-4 days maximum after payment is recieved and a next day delivery option is available for UK mainland.

Returns

We will accept an unwanted return within 14 days of you receiving your item, and during the Christmas season, we will accept returns at any time from receipt of the item until 14 days after Christmas Day. You must return the item in a reasonable condition with original packaging and always contact us first to arrange the return. We will provide a returns form which must be included.
 
We also offer a 1 year guarantee on all items. We will repair or replace any item should a technical fault occur within the first year. If a replacement cannot be sent a refund will be offered. We inspect all returned items and aim to resolve any return issues within 48 hours.
 
If you receive a damaged item, you MUST contact us within 12 working hours of receipt in order that we can register your claim for the item.
