We ship to world- wide from EU to the Rest of The Word. We ship to countries such as Australia, Poland, Cyprus, and Denmark. Many More
What is the Shipping Cost to International Shipping?
If you would like to buy an item Please send us an email or press Buy Now and we will give you the total shipping cost.
What is the return policy?
If you don’t like the item for any particular reason, or if you want Exchange/Refund. Please let us know
within 14 days of item being delivered. Please ensure Item is in its original packaging/with labels and is not worn
We will refund the cost of item minus delivery charge.
What is your dispatching time?
Once an order is placed and is paid for we will dispatch and send the same day before 7pm.
Orders are checked daily.
How long will my item take to arrive?
In the UK with 1st class delivery It will take up to 1-2 working days, 2nd class from 2-4 working days. This
cannot be guaranteed as sometimes they can be delayed or lost in post
International shipping is used in Royal Mail International signed for/Airsure and this can take up to 7 working days for items to arrive. Please note there can be times where items are delayed or not arrived as it could be lost in post.
Where is my item?
If item has been dispatched with a tracking number and you haven’t received it this can mean it’s delayed or lost in post. If still not received after the 15 working days please contact us for a refund while we make an investigation with Royal Mail
What are the methods of paying?
There are several ways you can pay:
Paypal- Once payment is received and has a blue £ on your status item can be shipped
Postal Order- This method can be paid by popping into your local Post Office. Once the postal order comes to us we will send off your item
What happens if I received a wrong item or not as described?
Simply contact us the issue and return it back to us for an exchange or refund
