- If you receive a package that is damaged in shipment, please sign the package with damage firstly. Then, contact our customer service immediately.

- We accept return within 14 days after customer got the item. After these 14-days, we will provide parts, replacement or repair service.
- Postage and handling fee is not refundable for non faulty item. Also buyer will pay the return postage for non-faulty item.
- Refund is the total amount less the shipping fee that we spent for these listing with free shipping.
- Non faulty return must be subject to a 20% restocking fee
- The return must be new with the original packaging. All return item must be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
- We supply 1 Year Warranty for all of our massage products. For some special products, we will indicate the detailed warranty duration under the item specification section.
- The warranty is not available where damage to the product is caused by reason other than manufacturer's defects, for example, damage during delivery, misuse, improper installation, faulty operation, wear & tear, damage to accessories or when product has been modified, repaired other than by us.
