Which courier companies do you use?
We use several courier companies depending on the type of delivery service you have requested and the area that your order is being delivered to. We currently use Interlink Express and Royal Mail for orders within the United Kingdom and throughout Europe.When shipping worldwide we usually will seek the most suitable service depending on the destination country.
What countries do you deliver to?
We offer the option to deliver to any country in the world, however there may be times whenthe size of your order and unforeseen circumstances mean we cannot deliver to you. We willhowever let you know if this is the case and try to find another option.
Due to distance, delivery times may vary however generally the following table is correct:
- United Kingdom (1 to 3 working days based on courier selection)
- Rest of Europe (3 to 8 working days)
- USA and Canada (8 to 10 working days)
- Rest of the World (10 to 14 working days)
- UK Mainland - £3.95 - Any size or quantity of order - Royal Mail 1st Class
- UK Mainland - £8.95 - Interlink Express - Tracked Courier Service
- European Union - £8.95 - Non Heavy items only. Please Email or call if such items are required.
- Worldwide - £19.95 - Non Heavy items only. Please email for a quote on these items.
Customs and import charges are paid for once the order reaches its destination country. Therecipient is responsible for paying these charges and may be unavoidable. As we have no control over these charges we are not responsible for paying them andunfortunately would not be able to tell you how much the cost may be. If you need to find outthese costs you should contact your local customs office who should be able help you.
Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your product or purchase and wish to return the item to us we will be more than happy to refund the cost of the item less any carriage fees incurred within 14 days of receipt. The returned item must be in a saleable condition with all of the items original packaging.

If a collection is required, it must be from the same address to which the item was delivered. A courier collection will be charged against your refund at £15.00, please ensure someone is available between 9am - 5pm on the specified day for this to occur. If the item cannot be collected the collection fee will still be charged.Damaged or faulty goods
Once your item has been delivered, if the packaging appears compromised in any way please make a note of this when you sign for the consignment. If, upon opening the packaging, the item is physically damaged, it is the customer's responsibility to notify FightStoreMMA.com within 48 hours of receipt.
Our representative will then arrange the delivery of a replacement part at the earliest opportunity.Refund Policy
All our customers have the option to return their goods within 14 days if they're not satisfied with them.
The purchase price, less carriage will be refunded only if the goods are returned in their original condition and with their original packaging. The customer is liable for all carriage charges in regards to the return of the unwanted goods.
FightStoreMMA.com will not refund, exchange or repair free of charge any goods damaged, marked, with parts missing or no longer of merchantable quality.
Any refund due will be processed within 30 days from the date of cancellation of an order.
Providing your returned item meets the above criteria, we will process a full refund (minus our shipping costs - £7.50 + collection fee) back to your account within 30 days of receiving your item.
