Each bag is 2.5kg in its original unopened packaging

The Milk (823) is 33.6% min cocoa and 21.8 milk solids
The Caramel is 31.2% min cocoa and 27.3 milk solids
The White Velvet is 33% min cocoa solids and min and 22.9% milk solids
The White (W2) is 28% min cocoa and 23% milk solids
The Dark (811) is 53.8% min cocoa
The Dark Strong 70% (70-30) is 70% min cocoa solids
The Dark Powerful is 80% min cocoa solids


These are used in professional kitchens, they can be used for fountains
