Payment must be received within 7 days of the auction end.  We have the right to sell your item if not settled 7 days after auction has ended.  We also report all non-payment.  Bidding constitutes as a binding legal contract.  All bidders will receive feedback upon payment of the item.

Delivery Charges:



Zone 1 - As stated on listing

England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands. The zone is made up of all postcodes not mentioned in zones 2 and 3.



Zone 2 - N/A (please allow an extra day for delivery)

The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.



Zone 3 - N/A (please allow an extra day for delivery)

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25.



We have to charge a surcharge to Zones 2 & 3 as these are imposed on us by the courier companies due to the increased cost of delivering to these areas.

Cancellation and Returns

You have a right to cancel your contract with us at any time up to seven days after the date of delivery to you by following the returns procedure set out below:



If you wish to cancel your order: 

(a) you can notify us by using the eBay Resolution Centre before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the following:

You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please use the eBay Resolution Centre to notify us of your intention to return goods. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you (unless item is faulty or not as described)– you can return items at your own expense via a trackable method or we can quote you to collect the goods via courier - this will be deducted from your refund at the cost we incur (cost will be advised as part of the returns process).



The right to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: -

In the case of software, audio & visual products, hygiene products where the packaging has been unsealed.  Hygiene products include underwear, tights, personal beauty products and creams. This does not affect your statutory rights.
