OUR DELIVERY SERVICES
We use the following methods of delivery depending on your item:
If you have ordered a small item then will use a courier to deliver (such as Parcel Force)
Smaller items will be shipped to ALL areas of the UK. See item description.
Prices are the same for all of the UK post codes areas. (Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, etc)
However we do not ship via couriers to the Channel Islands.
HAND DELIVERY SERVICE
See item description if your item is hand delivered.
This service takes 3/5 working days approx from when item is dispatched.
Our larger and more fragile items will normally go on our hand delivered service.
We hand deliver ONCE A WEEK to most UK post codes
Except the following areas which are ONCE EVERY TWO WEEKS delivery.
AB, DD, LD, LL, NR, PH, SA, SY
These above fortnightly post codes may take 3/4 days longer than your eBay due date. We will advise you accordingly.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer a Hand Delivery service to the following post codes:
Northern Ireland, Highlands, Islands, Scilly Isles, IOM, IOW
BT, HS, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW, *PA20-80, *PH17-26, *PH30-50, *PO30-41, TR21-25, ZE,
We do not offer a hand delivery service to the Channel Islands.
This service takes 3/5 working days approx
Small items will be sent via economy postal service.

ITEM DISPATCH TIME
Your item will be delivered on or possibly before the Ebay delivery time shown at top of the item page.
This is an estimated time and can vary due to factors such as seasonal demand, weather and your location.
On most occasions we will get to you far quicker than the eBay due date.
On CLEARED PAYMENT we aim to prepare your order within 1 to 5 working days depending on when we load for your area.
Once your order is prepared we then dispatch by the delivery methods shown above, see 'our delivery services'
IF YOU ORDER AT WEEKEND/PUBLIC HOLIDAYS YOUR ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED THE NEXT WORKING DAY.
PLEASE NOTE: We can not offer a timed delivery or day of your choice however we will try as best as possible to accommodate your requirements

When you place your order please ensure your provide the following details at time of order.
Correct and up to date delivery address
If you have recently moved or changed your eBay or Paypal address please let us know immediately by message.
Active phone number Mobile preferred..
Your mobile can also be added to courier service items so you can be notified by SMS
Opening times Where applicable if you are a commercial or work address.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are not in during normal delivery times or hard to find then please advise us when you place order of:
Possible leave safe options, ie. behind gate, next door or in porch etc.
Any notes that will help delivery if you are difficult to find or access.
ON DISPATCH OF YOUR ITEM
Please look out for your eBay message showing your item is on its way to you.
This message will contain information about when you item is due and contact details.
DELIVERING YOUR ITEM
We aim to delivery on our first
attempt to ensure you have your item within your estimated due
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU ARE NOT IN WHEN WE DELIVER ?
If acceptable and reasonable to
do so, your item will be left safe.
We or the carrier will put a card through your
letterbox and/or send an Ebay message to confirm item has been left safe.
If you do not want your item to be left safe then please advise us at time of order.
Hand delivered items: If you are not in and we cannot
leave safe then we will re deliver the next time we are in your area.
Courier service: If you are not in or we cannot leave safe then the courier will follow their normal procedures, usually re attempt deliver on one more occasion.
We cannot be
held responsible for late delivery of your item if we have incorrect details, incomplete details (at time of order) or if you are not in and we cannot
(available on request)
