Look at the pictures of the gorgeous original bike, its obvious the Super V FR 1000 was made to perform! With a , Shimano and Cannondale coda drivetrain. this bike is known for its smooth ride and downhill ability a real champion today and in 1998
NO rust, No cracks, No dents!, she has a few scratches from scraping against a bike carrier consistence with its age and lite use.
The plastic cover on the right side fork top is missing-see picture
The Super V FR 1000 will draw a lot of attention wherever you go.
While out for a test ride at the Zuma Beach bike way I had some tourist stop & ask if they could get a picture with the bike ! The mighty Super V FR 1000 is a real crowd pleaser..And looked great in front of the Baywatch tower
I have taken the mighty Super V FR 1000 out for a quick ride around the local (paved) roads here in the Malibu Mountain and at Zuma Beach bike path , she tracks straight, shifts like a fine watch, & she flies down hills like a bobsled (great downhill bike) The HeadShok Moto FR forks and Fox Vanilla RX shock work great.
She just completed a tune up and is waiting for you to hit your favorite trail/ bike path, or hang her in your game room as Rolling Art!
The Super V FR 1000 has been added to the Museum of Mountain Bike Art & Technology collection- MOMBAT

Here is a question we get often
How can you tell if a bike has LOW Miles or Use?
One way is to look at the Crank Arms, brake, shift levers, and see if the original name are still there , grips ,saddle are good to check too , but the often get changed out by a owners personal preference.
When someone tell you this bike has had only 2 -3 short rides in its lifetime, it better not have any Chain Suck, major scuffs on the crank arms and brand name should still be clearly on the shifters/brake levers.
We go out of our way to acquire mint bicycles and pay top dollar for them.
If they are not mint, they usually end up as parts bikes, or donated to local charities.

Mountain Bike Sizing
Use the sizing chart below to find the right sized mountain bike for you. Knowing your height and inseam measurements, you should be able to determine what size frame will be most comfortable for you. Of the two measurements, height and inseam, inseam is most important.
Mountain bikes are generally measured in frame size (inches), which is the distance from the center of the crank to the top of the frame at the seat tube.
