Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared funds, your item will be despatched as soon as possible. We send by Royal Mail Recorded for items around or below £50, and Royal Mail SPECIAL delivery for more expensive items. We use Royal Mail standard First Class delivery for low priced items.
Royal Mail First Class / or Recorded is usually 1-3 Days from Despatch, but is not guaranteed.
Royal Mail Special is guaranteed next WORKING day delivery from DESPATCH.
Not Received an Item?
We use Royal Mail. Generally over the years of trading from our website we have found them to be the most reliable. In the thousands of parcels we send each year, the problems are only a handful instances each year. If you are awaiting your item please check the following Please check the following.
1. Check the item has been despatched in your ebay account.
2. Have you received A "While you were Out card" from Royal Mail? Please note sometimes these get misplaced, or in between other mail.)
3. Check with us if in doubt, or for confirmation on Tracking / Delivery status
4. Contact Your local Sorting Office
5. Please note: Packages are only held at your local sorting Office for about 7 days, before they get returned as uncollected.
6. Royal Mail Recorded cannot be claimed as lost till after approx 14 working days. This can happen, but it is rare.
7. If you have any questions please contact us by telephone, so we can help resolve any issues quickly.
Please ensure you are sure the item is required before bidding to save expense and inconvenience for both parties. If wanting to return, we will only accept returned if returned in as new, original condition, within 7 days. Please contact us before returning. Generally we will not refund any postage charges either way. Items with 'FREE' delivery still cost us for posting, and postage charges usually be deducted from any refunds.
