PAYMENT:  Paypal or other. Thank you for your cooperation. Payment is expected within THREE days of the end of the listing.

COMBINED SHIPPING:  We can combine shipping on a maximum of five items which close within a four-day period. Please contact us to let us know if you will be purchasing more than one item. Payment for all items is expected by the seventh day if multiple items are purchased.

CUSTOMS:  Dear International Buyers: Please do not ask that we ship your item with a reduced declared value in order to avoid VAT or customs fees in your country. Also, please do not ask that we ship your item as a GIFT. We are not able to do this on legal or ethical grounds. All international purchases will be shipped with the correct customs information. All international purchases will have two copies of the sales invoice, as required by both US Trade regulations and international customs. This is the best way to be sure that your item reaches you safely and without any extra delays. PACKAGING:  Please note that shipping charges include VERY CAREFUL packing in bubble wrap and styrofoam peanuts. Small items such as hoods, caps, filters, straps and manuals will be wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in padded envelopes. Your valuable items will NOT be thrown in a box with some newspapers.

RETURNS:  We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please examine it carefully when it arrives to see if you are satisfied. If you have any problems or questions, please contact us right away. It is not uncommon to encounter some difficulties when using unfamiliar photographic equipment. If we cannot solve your problem, you may return your item for a full refund of your purchase price and shipping. We do not cover return shipping charges. Please note that you must contact us within FIVE days of receipt, and ship the item back within SEVEN days of receipt. The only exception to this is items sold with a 30-day warranty. REFUNDS:  We are happy to issue refunds for the original purchase price and shipping upon the return of the item in its original shipped condition. We are NOT able to issue partial refunds.
