Cool camera. Cool price. Will take time to master the many features of this 'loaded' camera. Only downsides are no internal geo-tagging for photos and no wi-fi connection. Wi-fi adapter from Nikon is a ridiculous price. It's a shame as I had both features on my Nikon D5300. Not the end of the world but would expect these features as standard on an expensive camera.

A really good and professional camera. Arrived early, packaged really well and at first sight looked like new. Just a couple of wear marks, as described from a tripod or battery grip. After a week at her new home I’m getting to know all about the bells and whistles above the D600 which I normally use. Everything works fine and am setting her up to my own specific requirements without a hitch. This is a wonderful machine at a very good price and so well worth the wait. Nikon again didn’t disappoint.

In the right hands and with the right lens this camera is capable of producing stunning photographs with a very high level of detail. The large file sizes however mean you do also have to have sufficient computer power to edit your pictures, in order to obtain the best results.

The camera works well and a really nice clear sharp image. My camera was purchased second hand from a camera and photographic dealer. However they didnt tell me in advance that when you open the battery compartment the Battery cover falls off.

This is an amazing camera. I’ve been using Nikon digital cameras since my D80. They just get better and this D810 is tremendous value if you don’t need the speed of the D850. Buy the best glass you can afford. It will show every flaw in economy glass.
