The Important Stuff
Thank you for looking at my sale item. I value my Ebay feedback, so please take the time to read this before placing a bid.
I do not trade outside of Ebay and will not respond to emails asking me to. Payment is by PayPal only and should be made immediately after purchase. After 48 hours, I always raise a case.
I photograph sale items thoroughly before posting, so if a dispute about condition arises, I can check for signs of wear and tear that might have been missed. I always ask for proof of postage. I weigh, measure and estimate a value on all items before posting, to make sure that buyers pay a fair price – but I am not a business, my costs do include packaging.
Sellers have two options: they can leave positive feedback – or report buyers. There is no middle ground.
But this does not tell the story of buyers who take several days to pay/only pay when a case is raised/wait until positive feedback is left before announcing the ‘item is not as described’.
Because of this, I now only leave feedback when a) items are paid for immediately b) a buyer lets me know the item has arrived and they are happy with its condition.
I will not leave feedback if a transaction is cancelled. That, frankly, is beyond pointless.
Got any questions about a sale item? I’m always happy to answer them. Lastly, I am sure you will be delighted with your purchase, but if there is a problem, let’s sort it out like grown-ups.
Good luck – and happy bidding.
