Packaging information
To reduce our postage costs, and enable us to keep providing FREE delivery, all ink cartridges we sell are sent without their external cardboard packaging. All of the waste card packaging is recycled by us, meaning you don't have to. If you wish to be sent your product with external card packaging, please email us a request before ordering.

Return policy
Most things we sell are covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee. Just return them, unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition, along with the receipt or proof of purchase and we'll exchange the item or give you a refund. We're sorry but if you have opened the product, it cannot be returned under this scheme. Our 7-day money-back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

If there's a fault with the product, and if you return it back to us within 30 days with your proof of purchase, we'll send you a replacement.
