All orders are dispatched FREE via Royal Mail 2nd Class mail which may take 2-3 working days from postal date to arrive. However most of our customers receive their order next day if they place orders before 3pm, or by 1pm on Friday. All replacement orders are sent by 1st Class post.
The period stated within which you will receive your order via Royal Mail is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and as stated in the order confirmation.

For Christmas Deliveries, we recommend that you order by the 18th December. We will endeavour to dispatch all orders same day, however we cannot guarantee delivery on or before the 24th December as the post may be delayed in your area.

Suzie May Ltd. will attempt to ensure, at all times, that all information pertaining to our listings, and indeed as part of our listings, is correct it is possible that errors may occur. If an error is discovered then we will contact you regarding this to allow you to either reconfirm your order or to cancel it.
