Canon Speedlight 550EX.
This flashgun has been part of my system for quite a few years, it is one of three which I have used regularly during the course of my work. It has some minor cosmetic marks and wear to the plastic casing which I have tried to illustrate but all it's functions are in tact. The flash still operates as a wireless slave unit and the hotshoe mount is in good condition (these are prone to breaking easily) it has been serviced by Canon Professional Services during the time I have owned it but I have no proof of this. The diffuser and zoom functions all operate well, as does the backlight for the LCD panel. As you can see from the pictures, which were taken using the flash as a slave it operates and exposes well. It comes complete with the original plastic Canon case and Hotshoe stand but I've misplaced the instruction manual. I no longer have the original box, but it will be delivered well packaged. The battery compartment door (which can also become loose on these models) operates well. I've tested the unit on my EOS 1D Mk IV and it still works and exposes well. Thanks for looking. |
