All items are in UK stock and we aid to ship next day of your payment being received by Royal Mail 2nd Class Post as standard. Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are dispatched the next working day.
UK Delivery – Royal Mail 2nd Class & 2nd Class Recorded. – normally 2-4 working days, but not guaranteed.
Europe & Ireland – Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail & International Signed for – normally 3 – 7 working days, but not guaranteed.
USA, Canada & Rest of the World - Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail & International Signed for – normally 7-18 working days, but not guaranteed.
Please note that we will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. This will be after 15 days from date of dispatch. For items sent recorded delivery this will be 18 days. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, thanks for your understanding.
Please make sure your shipping address is updated and correct, without exception we can only ship your purchase to the address you supplied through Paypal at the time you made payment to us.
We reserve the right not to ship to an unconfirmed PayPal address for high value items. You will be informed of this if it becomes necessary.
What Happen If Item Not Receive
We can only submit Loss Track / Claim to Royal Mail after 15 days of post the item. Our policy is to send replacement by recorded delivery once loss claim is submitted to Royal Mail. Please DO NOT ask refund as we will not accept in any circumstance. All suspicious claims will report to Ebay / Paypal and the buyer will be banned for further order.

We stand behind every product we sell. We offer No Question Ask Return Policy, if you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product price within 7 days of your purchase (Refund suject to a reduction of 15% of restock cost / Or Postage Paid ).
- For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, packaging, and all accessories.
- Opened software, music, games, and movies are not eligible for returns.

Most our product came with Manufacturer Standard Warranty as stated in the listing, which covering any manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user.
