All items are sent FREE OF CHARGE by Royal Mail 2nd class standard post, which normally takes between 2-4 working days to arrive.  Any item over £10 will automactically be upgraded to 2nd Class Recorded Delivery at no extra charge.  Every item is packed securely

Change Of Mind - 14 Day Return

We have a change of mind 14 day returns policy.  If the item you purchased is no quiet what you were expecting or you have simply changed your mind, as long as the packaging/seal is not broken, you can return it for a fully refund.

Faulty items

If your item is faulty with in the first 28 days, you can return your item for either a full refund or an exchange.  If the item you have purchased is unavailable to exchange we will offer you the option to upgrade to a more expensive product

All our items have a 12 month warrenty, unless otherwise stated on the listing description. All items which are reported faulty within in this period will be offered an exchange on return of the product. 

All faults should be reported by email first through the eBay messaging service, you can access this by clicking contact seller.  Once we have been notified of the fault, we will ask you to return the item to us, with either a copy of the purchase receipt, or the date purchased along with your eBay user ID

Replacements - are send out the same day as your item is received unless the item is no longer available for which we will offer you an upgraded product.
