Shipping Policy

• All Orders are securely packed labelled and are dispatched within 2 working days of payment being received.
• Postage cost above only covers UK Mainland Zone 1. Please email for BFPO addressess, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands & Northern Ireland.
• Items will be dispatched with Parcelforce and Royal Mail depending on the size and weight.
• We always use traceable services, tracking information is available upon request.
• Please remember P&P cost does not only cover postage. It also includes packing expense and handling.
• Working days are Monday - Friday and exclude Weekend and Public Bank holiday.
• Items should be delivered within 1-3 working days in most cases.

Returns Policy

• Please do not bid or buy if you disagree with our Return Policy
• All Brand New Items carry Full Manufacturer's Warranty.
• All graded, Ex-Demo items carry 28 days RTB Warranty.
•  All faulty items are sold without warranty.
• We are happy to replace or have the item repaired which is found to be DOA (Dead on Arrival) or develops a fault within warranty period.
• Warranty will not cover accidental damage, liquid spill, cracks, tempered. Any repair attempts will invalidate the warranty.
• Warranty will be void if the serial number of the item does not match our database.
• Item must  be returned in their original packaging and accessories including ebay id and item number.

ITEM DOA OR FOUND FAULTY WITHIN 7 DAYS OF BEING RECEIVED

• We will collect and replace the item on our own expense.
• We will only issue refund including P&P charges if the exact replacement is unavailable.
• If the buyer wishes for refund albeit replacement is available, P&P charges will not be refunded in any circumstances.

ITEM DOA OR DEVELOPS FAULT AFTER 7 DAYS OF BEING RECEIVED

• It is buyer's responsibility to return to us on his/her own expense.
• We will only issue refund if the exact replacement is unavailable.
• We will only issue refund "Buy It Now" or "Bid Price". P&P charges will not be refunded in any circumstances.
• If the buyer wishes for refund albeit replacement is available, 20% restocking fee of item price will be charged.
