All postage prices quoted on this website are for delivery to Zone 2 (according to the above map) For everything outside Zone 2 additional postage charges will be added after your order. If you place the order and are outside Zone 2 we will contact you with the additional cost you need to pay. Please note what postcode cost extra to send to is determined by our couriers not us. You may have had things delivered to your postcode in the past from other sources that have not charged you any extra before, however if our courier charges us extra then we have to charge you extra. Please leave either a telephone number or e-mail address and if an item is out of stock we will contact you letting you know the status of your order. Anything larger that letter box size will require a signature and will be delivered between 8am and 6pm. If there is no one available to sign a card will be left and the item will go back to your nearest delivery depot. Items cannot be left without a signature, if goods are unsigned for, then if there is a problem no claim can be made. For orders placed on the weekend or bank holidays the delivery time should be measures from the next working day. In the vast majority of cases we are able to deliver your items within the timescales specified. However, please note that the delivery time is not a guarantee of delivery. Returns Policy When you sign for your delivery you are signing to say you have received the goods in working order. If you then discover after you have signed that there is a problem, your claim may not be upheld. Parts are faulty or damaged. We will either replace the part or give you a full refund. Please state which option you would prefer. If you require a replacement, we will wait to receive the faulty part from you before dispatching a new one If the part was incorrectly supplied. If we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order, a full refund will be given or the mistake rectified.
