I found the Dvd brilliant - I have recently bought my own house so I had to giveup my gym membership. This DVD consentrates on your abs, legs, arms and bottom. The routines are excellent and easy to follow! It has been edited in to different work outs. There is the full 1 a 20 min and a 30 min one. I found it really good and easy to follow!
This DVD is the best by far that i have tried and i've tried a lot!! There is a small cardio workout at the beginning and the rest targets all muscle areas especially bums and tums with exercises that are actually enjoyable and really easy. I don't enjoy exercise as a rule but i don't actually mind doing this one!
The best thing about this one is the trainer. He has the most reassuring voice you will ever hear. The workout is suitable for most types but may be a bit fast for the older ones. At 65 I can still do it. Dont be put off by the title it is not a dance disc. Joseph
this is my other favourite fitness dvd,works up a real sweat and you can do it in the comfort of your own home-works the entire body!!!!! brilliant,it is also quite a long workout but if you dont have the time,that will not matter because you can work it into sections.
I really thought was a strip course DVD BUT is only a normall work out. Plus is very poor work out by the way.
