All orders bought showing as cleared funds by 2pm will be dispatched the same day, all others are dispatched within 24 hours of cleared funds excluding weekends, Bank holidays Etc.

Postage and packaging is quoted for UK Mainland only unless prices are shown for worldwide. If you select a Royal Mail delivery service you must have a UK postcode.

Paypal is our preferred method of payment but we will also accept Cheques, Postal Orders made payable to Cost Less DIY or Bankers Draft. If you pay by any of these methods or by echeque, goods will not be dispatched until funds are cleared.

You may return any item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price providing the goods are in their original packaging and condition. When an item is bought with free postage and is returned for any other reason than being faulty, the actual postage cost will be deducted from the refund.
