We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you . We try to use environmentally friendly packaging where ever possible and all our boxes are made from recycled cardboard. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs as we are a business we have to charge VAT on our postage, this is included in our postage price. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.
We use 2 postal companies, The Royal Mail for small packages up to 2kg and UK Mail for those over 2kg.
Free postage offer only comes in to effect when your combined postage rate reaches £5.99 and this will be the maximum that you will pay for shipping of multiply items.
Some larger and odd sized item may be excluded from this offer so items can be safely packaged for transit (subject to terms & conditions).

Please supply an address where a signature can be obtained. We take your Ebay Address not your paypal address please make sure that the address is correct as we will not be held responsible for insufficient address.
For items deliverered by UK Mail we will inform you when your parcel leaves our warehouse, We will foward your email address to UK Mail and they will email you to keep you updated to the progess of your parcel on its way to you.
UK Mail will deliver within 48 hours of the parcel leaving our warehouse. It is now your responsibility so please track your parcel. If UK Mail are unsuccessful on their 1st visit to the address they will leave a card regarding their visit. It is important that you contact the local office or the number on the card to rearrange delivery or collection from their office. Failing to do so will inevitably lead to the parcel being returned to us and you will incur a second postage postal charge if we are to redeliver.

Payment
We accept payment by: Credit/Debit Card, Paypal, Cheque & Postal Orders. Card or PayPal is the quickest as your order is processed the same day as payment. Cheques could take anything from 7 to 10 days to clear.
Successful auction bids must be made paid within 7 days.
All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.

Returns
Refunds are given up to 14 days after purchase. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us, we will also refund the postage cost.
Once the item has returned to us and had its IMEI number checked and the item tested. Faulty goods will be replaced subject to availability.
Unwanted goods and items found to be working when told they are broken, will be refunded but postage will not be paid and a 20% restocking charge will apply.
