Therefore for the UK and Northern Ireland we use the fastest and most reliable and cost effective service which is the Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service. Further details of our delivery service are as follows:

• Standard rate for postage in the UK and Northern Ireland is FREE using Royal Mail Tracked 2-3 day service or occasionally we use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded service instead.
• Reduced price of £2.50 to upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery (TM) Next Day
• All orders placed before 10AM will be shipped same day, after that the shipment will be made the following working day.
• Orders placed on Friday 90% of the time will still arrive on Saturday although this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail
• Online tracking is available, just email us for the tracking number
• Signatures are always requested so we cannot deliver to PO boxes
• Items are insured, amounts depends upon the service used
• International orders are shipped by Royal Mail International Signed For service again requiring signature on delivery at a flat cost of £7, outside of Europe the cost is £9

If you wish to return goods to Discounted Sunglasses we must be notified by e-mail at info@discountedsunglasses.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt if the product is not suitable or damaged. Clients purchasing sunglasses as a gift can extend the 48 hour notification period by emailing and requesting an extension code.

Simply contact us for a return authorization number and return the merchandise in resalable condition in its original packaging with all items that were shipped.

We would greatly appreciate it if customers could accompany their returns with details of the problem and whether you require a refund or exchange. Do not damage the goods or the packaging where it forms part of the goods, remember you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods. Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, Discounted Sunglasses reserves the right to refund you in full less compensation to either repair the goods or to cover any loss if we cannot repair.

A £1.50 admin fee applies when correctly supplied items are returned and postage costs are not refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

A: We purchase in volume and buy directly from trusted official suppliers, this means we buy at the cheapest price possible and we transfer this saving direct to you.

Q: What are polarized lenses and are all lenses polarized?

A: Polarized lenses blocks the bright, blinding glare that bounce off surfaces that are horizontal, such as water and roads. We clearly state in the description of each model if they are polarized, if it does not state that the eyewear are polarized then they will not have polarized lenses.

Q: Are you an Authorized dealer?

A: No, authorized dealers are not permitted to sell online at discounted prices so we have chosen to remain independent to bring you great prices and tremendous savings against High Street prices.

Q: Can I collect my sunglasses in person?

A: No, for security and insurance reasons we keep our office and warehouse in separate locations. This means we do not hold the sunglasses at our office and cannot arrange collection.

Q: Can you provide prescription lenses

A: We do not offer the option of prescription, we are aware that specific frames will house prescription lenses but you will have to approach an ophthalmic specialist to get the lenses fitted.
