WE OPERATE 7 DAY RETURNS POLICY FOR CUSTOMERS WITHIN THE UK AND EU

For most "Buy Now" items, you have the right to cancel within 7 days of receiving them. However, this right does not apply to certain items, depending on their nature, such as personalised products, perishable goods and audio or video recordings or computer software which has been opened.
If you wish to return goods using this right, you need to inform us in writting or by email within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will then give you detailed instructions including our returns form.
You must take reasonable care of the goods and immediately return them at your own expense .
We will not consider that you have taken reasonable care of the goods if they have been used in a way or to an extent beyond what would be reasonable when examining the goods in a shop before purchase. To organise a return contact us via my messages or through email : sales@designerkidsandbaby.co.uk Faulty Goods / Goods not as described. If any product we supply fails prematurely due to an inherent fault (manufacturing defect) we will provide you with an appropriate remedy e.g. repair, replacement or refund. Simply contact us to resolve.

If you feel you have received a different product than you ordered, please contact us asap by email or through the sales channel so we can rectify. In rare occassions we reserve the right to substitute like for like goods

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Generally Products sold in other countries or regions may not have the same standards of safety that are mandatory in in your country for some goods. When buying goods directly over the internet, you should check whether a safety standard applies, whether the goods meet that standard, where products are labeled in your language or according to the regulations in your country.

We Prefer Payment Via PayPal.

We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards. We can accept payment by paypal or card only. Please do not reveal your card details via email directly to us. Only through paypal or by phone. Ebay is a third party company as is paypal and we do not have access to your payment details. If you have problems in paying, please contact paypal directly as we cannot issue advice.

Due to our bank costs and charges, we cannot accept payments through bank transfer or cheque. Sorry. It is possible to send cash in pounds sterling, however insurance should be taken as necissary.

We require payment within 7 calendar days of purchase, you are welcome to add additional items during this time. We will invoice you with an up to date total.

If your item remains unpaid for a period of time, we reserve the right to void the sale, re-enter the product back into stock.
