Our preferred payment method is Paypal, but for UK orders over £15 we are also able to accept Postal order, cheque or banker's draft.



For cheques we need to await clearance before shipping.  All our items are listed under 'Buy it now' and stock is only allocated once payment has cleared.

UK Deliveries: We offer a choice of Royal Mail 1st, 2nd Class (for items under 1800g in weight), plus a 48 hour working day courier service. The courier service is limited to mainland UK, excluding Highlands, certain Scottish postcodes and other out of zone areas.  If in doubt please contact us for an accurate courier quote.



For overseas deliveries: We offer a choice of Uninsured Airmail or Insured Airmail by International Signed-for.  If you select normal Air Mail, which is the cheaper option, please be aware that you take the responsibility of the parcel going astray during post and that this service is not trackable.



The International Signed-for service is an alternative insured service with tracking number and as such we recommend that this option is selected. Please note overseas orders are subject to airmail size and prohibited goods restrictions (such as aerosols) and we will contact you if there is a problem.



For larger items which require a courier service due to size/weight please contact us for an exact courier quote prior to ordering.

If you have changed your mind:



In addition to the statutory 7 days WWSM allow returns up to 30 days after delivery. There are some exceptions. If you decide you do not want the goods you need to inform us in writing within 30 days of delivery by email, letter, or fax. A telephone call is not enough. Remember that you have a duty of care for the products and need to return them to us at your own cost. For your own benefit it is advisable to obtain a free certificate of posting from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for any returned items not arriving here safely. Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you. In some special cases you do not have the right to return within 30 days, these include: Goods made to your personal specifications, Goods which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate rapidly (e.g.. flowers or foods), Sealed audio or video recordings or computer software which you have opened, Other sealed Goods which you have opened, Goods which have already been used.  Where you are withdrawing from your purchase and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item excluding delivery and less our return post costs (for instance if our prepaid returns label is used). We will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. 



If the item is received damaged or defective:



We will refund the cost of the item plus the cost of returning the item to us. For UK orders we operate a Freepost return system and we reserve the right to refuse any return which does not follow this procedure and you will be liable for costs of return. Any damages must be reported within 2 days of delivery.



A product refund will be issued within 30 days in the same form of payment originally used to pay for the goods. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
