RETURNS POLICY - Occasionally customers may find that the item they have purchased is wrong (regardless of fault) or no longer required, and need a replacement or is no longer wanted. For these cases we have the following steps in place:- 1/ Contact our team (0789 421 0995), describing the reason for return. 2/ Post the item with invoice and a contact number. 3/ Once the item is returned (in full pre-sale condition), the following will happen:- * If the item has been ordered incorrectly or is unwanted the customer will be responsible for sending the part back for a full refund/ replacement. We will allow up to 7 days for a return from date of receipt. The return & initial postage costs will not be refunded. * If an item has been sent out not as described, we will ask you to return. A replacement part will be sent out. We will allow up to 14 days for a return from sale date. The return postage costs will not be refunded. *Please note we cannot refund return postage costs in any case and any purchase is made on this agreement under Tort Law as out-lined by E-Bay. * For items damaged in transit. We must advise our customers, to check the parcel thoroughly before signing. We cannot accept any liability once the item is signed for. Custom made items, non-standard and altered items are non-returnable. Where an item has been posted but not received we will send you the proof of postage so that you may peruse a claim against Royal Mail.
